Healing unfolds through many pathways. My work meets each person, couple, or community where they are — weaving Chinese medicine, somatic intelligence, plant-guided wisdom, and the guidance of the desert land. WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions and containers are gentle, grounded, and responsive to what is present. Each offering begins by establishing safety and coherence, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to soften.

Depending on the offering, the work may include somatic awareness, energetic alignment, sound or vocal transmission, acupuncture or bodywork, ceremony and guided preparation and integration. Emotional and/or ancestral material may surface and release naturally, always at a pace that supports embodiment rather than overwhelm.

Clients often report a sense of clarity, steadiness and reconnection–both during the experience and the days that follow. The intention across offerings is to support sustainable change that can be lived and integrated into daily life.
